We should have buried the bourbon! I mean, the groom, Brandon, comes from a long line of whiskey making men + we shot their engagement session AT the George Dickle Distillery! But the truth is, it would have taken a lot more than torrential rain to dampen the joy of this day. It. Was. Perfect. This cross country love story is what fairy tales are made of. If you’ve spent more than 60 seconds with Jessica, you know that this California girl carries the sunshine with her in her spirit + her smile. Just after they said “I Do” as they walked down the aisle as Mr + Mrs Bell, the rain stopped + we were able to get outside for some photos at that beautiful arch that first drew Jessica to this gorgeous venue.
I’m still swooning over her details! From her gorgeous florals to her invitation suite… color was the theme of the day. It was all beautiful. Jessica’s love of her family was evident in her details + she took those past generations with her down the aisle. She had a blue heart sewn into her dress in memory of those that were in heaven + had the same six pence in her shoe that was in both her Grandmother’s + Mother’s before her.
